We offer name-brand furniture, electronics, appliances and computers through easy and flexible rental purchase agreements that allows the customer to obtain ownership of the merchandise at the end of an agreed upon rental period. We offer same-day delivery, 120 days same as cash and an early purchase option. Should merchandise need repair while it is on rent, we repair it at no additional cost to the customer. We also offer our customers a product substitute to use while theirs is in service. Furniture Hutt Sales & Lease provides an easy, affordable way for people to furnish their homes without incurring a continuing obligation and without needing access to credit.
*The transaction advertised is for a rental purchase agreement, lease purchase agreement, consumer rental purchase agreement, rent to own agreement, lease agreement with an option to purchase, or lease where applicable. You will not own the merchandise until the total amount necessary to acquire ownership is paid in full or you exercise your early purchase option. Ownership is optional. **Pre-approved means no credit check and no credit needed. Agreement requires verification of residence, income and five personal references. Delivery and set-up are included, and FHSL services and maintains the merchandise while on rent or for duration stated on agreement; set-up does not include connection of gas appliances. For model upgrades, simply return the product you are currently renting and open a new agreement for another model. You can return your product and freeze your payments. To restart an agreement on a returned product, Furniture Hutt Sales & Lease will retain your payment records for one year. Thereafter, simply bring in your last payment receipt for reinstatement.
***120 Days Same as Cash - For new lease agreements with a lease rate longer than 6 months, if you pay off your merchandise in 120 days or less you will pay the Same as Cash Price, plus tax and FHSLP on any scheduled payments, and any applicable fees.
